Travellers come to verdantmeadowmanor.space to decide where to stay. That trust is the only asset we hold, and it sets the limits of every commercial relationship we enter.
How our commercial model works
We are funded by referral fees on reservation requests. Readers submit a request through our form, we transfer it to our reservation partner, and we are paid for the qualified request and/or a share of a resulting booking. We do not sell rooms, take payment, display prices or operate click-through affiliate tracking. The model is set out in full in How We Make Money, and we disclose it to readers on the same terms we describe it to you.
Ways to work with us
Reservation & referral partnerships
If you operate a property or a reservation service, we can pass high-intent enquiries from readers who have already read a detailed review, straight to your reservations team. We are paid on performance, so our incentive is to send you people who actually intend to travel — not volume for its own sake. We expect partners to contact enquirers promptly, quote transparently, and disclose any service fee before a booking is confirmed.
Destination & tourism collaborations
We work with tourism boards and regional marketing organisations on editorial guides and destination features. These collaborations are labelled as such on the page, every time, without exception.
What a partnership does not buy
Never a promised rating, a favourable review, the removal of criticism, a ranking position, or advance sight of a review before publication. A commercial relationship does not make us your representative, and we will continue to state on every page that we are not affiliated with the properties we cover. If those terms are a problem, we are not the right fit — and we would rather say that at the outset.
What we ask of partners
- Accurate representation of facilities, room types and accessibility;
- Prices and fees quoted transparently, with no undisclosed charges added late;
- Fair, clearly communicated cancellation and refund terms;
- Prompt, professional handling of the enquiries we send, and no contact once a person has asked you to stop;
- Compliance with CASL, applicable privacy law and provincial consumer-protection rules in all contact with our readers;
- A genuine commitment to guest welfare and safety, including responsible-gambling support at licensed gaming venues.
We end partnerships that breach these expectations, and we will tell readers if a partner has been dropped for misleading them.
