What your feedback does

• Flags reviews that need another look, or facts that have gone out of date
• Tells us when a reservation partner handled someone badly, quoted misleadingly, or kept contacting them after being asked to stop
• Suggests new venues we might cover
• Helps us repair anything broken or inaccessible on the site

What we do with it

We aim to acknowledge messages within two business days. Reports about a review are handled under our Content Guidelines & Reporting. Reports about a reservation partner are investigated, and we end partnerships that mislead readers.

Anything you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in a free-text message.
